Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, we start processing it immediately. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 30 minutes of placing it. After this time, we cannot guarantee that cancellations or modifications will be possible, but we will do our best to assist you.
Do you offer discount codes or promotions?

Why was my payment declined?

Yes, we always offer free shipping – no minimum order value required.
Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon – stay tuned!
How long does shipping take?
UK: 4 to 9 business days
Australia: 4 to 9 business days

Which courier do you use?
We use reliable courier services such as DHL, FedEx, Yodel, and Relay for our deliveries.
Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Contact us as soon as possible.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
How do I start a return?
Simply contact our customer service with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll guide you through the steps.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
Yes, exchanges are possible if the item is in stock. Contact us to check availability and arrange the exchange.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are not covered by us unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once we receive your return, it usually takes 10 business days to process your refund or exchange.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item?
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing.
Claims made after 3 days will not be valid.
- Damaged / defective: Free return + replacement or refund
- Incorrect item: Free return + correct item sent
- Missing item: Must be reported within 3 days
- Lost package: Contact us for a carrier investigation
Where should I send my return?
Returns are processed through our international fulfillment network.
Depending on the product, returns may need to be sent to one of our designated processing facilities.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
